OUR PROBLEM

The makeup industry as a whole has perpetuated a general lack of diversity and inclusivity in advertising , recent efforts to correct this problem are simply not enough to completely resolve the issue.We were tasked with creating an application/campaign that is dedicated to the beauty of EARTHTONES promoting the beauty of inclusivity in a simple, easy to use application.

CHALLENGES

This an themed app designed to target a market that until very recently been neglected. We wanted the app to be easy to use while catering to a digital market, we also want to create a fashion or beauty magazine aesthetic. The desire is to market to major makeup brands.

 GOALS

The LookBook is an advertising tool that uses an application, landing pages, and a social media campaign to fill the need the makeup industry had to market to a diverse audience. We sought to compile some of the hottest looks in makeup with tutorials, face mapping and videos for women with deeper tones. The application will be marketed to major makeup brands.
